Designation Technical Analyst Job Description Responsibilities Co-ordination and regular discussion with the Vendors, Support team, BSG/BPRG to identify, evaluate & deploy the suitable solution. Requirement gathering from BSG for solution deployment. Discussion with vendor for design and approach. Technical Analysis of the solution given by vendor for deployment. Prepare System Integration Testing (SIT) test cases and test plans Execution of System Integration Test cases Organize and conduct regular meetings with BSG/BPRG and vendor for evaluating SFR's and Bug fixes during Project Evaluate/Test all patches for impact (analysis) before releasing for UAT Management Updates ? publish weekly reports to team and managers with proactive intimation of possible escalations should be a good team player. Desired Profile Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Science , Bachelor of Computer Application , Bachelor of Engineering/Technology, Master of Computer Application/Computer Science or Master of Science in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
