Candidates must have passed these subjects individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.Candidates appearing in qualifying examination are also eligible to apply.
Eligibility Conditions: The Children of following category of Army personnel are eligible:-
Serving or retired army personnel in receipt of regular pension or SS officers served in Army for a minimum period of 10 years
Army personnel killed in action or those died during their service or disabled in action in Army,
AMC/ ADC officers presently serving with Navy or Air Forceserved in Army for a minimum period of 10 years and are members of AOBF.
MNS Officers served in Army for a minimum period 10 years as regular MNS.APS personnel on deputation and have put in at least 10 year sofservice in Army or who have been directly recruited/commissioned in APS and retired after completing their minimum service qualifying for pension and TA personnel completed 10 years of embodied service,
Adopted wards of Army personnel provided they have been legally adopted at least five years before admission.
Sons/daughtersof widows of Army personnel who were born of their mother's first marriage and their mother has later re-married a civilian,
Step children of Army personnel who were born out of the wedlock where at least one parent belonged to Army.
Age: Candidatesshould be at least of 17 years
No Of Seats: One hundred (100) seats.
Selection: Mandatoryfor applicant to appear in Common Entrance Test - Code 23(CET: MBBS) conductedby GGSIPU, Delhiin two stages.
Eligible Candidates short listed on the basis of CET marks will be called for counseling at ACMS
Application: Candidates required to buy prospectus of ACMS and Admission Brochure III of GGSIP University and apply to both the institutions separately.
MISC: Selected candidates, after completion of MBBS and one year compulsory rotatory internship would be required to join Army Medical Corps as Short Service Commission Officer subject to availability of vacancies and their being found physically fit after under going open and transparent process of selection.
