Prospectus and Application Form priced at Rs.1200/- is available at the EMPI Campus / City Centre.<o:p></o:p></font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="1">2. Applicant should fill Part 'A' and Part 'C' ofthe form in his / her own handwriting.<o:p></o:p></font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="1">3. Part 'B' should be filled by the parent /guardian who will finally support the applicant after carefully understandingthe details.<o:p></o:p></font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="1">Declaration by parent of name of the localguardian is an essential prerequisite for admission and must be submitted inthe prescribed form provided separately. If this information is not readilyavailable, the form must be completed by parent later and submitted along withthe other information required for admission.<o:p></o:p></font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="1">4. Completed forms must be submitted in theenclosed envelop which carries EMPI address.<o:p></o:p></font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="1">5. All applicants, except those in exempt /relaxation category (first 15 University Rankers, Executives with minimum 2years work experience, Serving Armed Forces / Government officials, NRI /Sponsored candidates) should first pre-qualify through EMPI prescribed tests. <o:p></o:p></font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="1">As such all applicants taking the IIM's CAT,AIMA's MAT, Xavier's XAT or EMPI's EMAT examination, achieving high percentilescore are considered for selection for the programme.<o:p></o:p></font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="1">This attainment is considered aspre-qualification for stage - II selection procedure of EMPI. Exemptedcandidates wishing to upgrade their selectivity level can do so by additionallyappearing and scoring high marks in the prescribed tests. <o:p></o:p></font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="1">Exempt / relaxation categories must furnishdetails satisfying the criteria for seeking exemption / relaxation on separatesheet.<o:p></o:p></font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="1">6. All candidates clearing the pre-qualifyingtest are also required to go through EMPI's comprehensive PersonalityAssessment and Profiling Exercise conducted at our Personality AssessmentCentre - resulting in building up of a datasheet on each candidate's strengths/weaknesses.<o:p></o:p></font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="1">This is subsequently availed to support thestudent in developing his/her personality through Personality AssessmentCentre, Enhancement and Upgradation Processes (PACE-UP) Programme. <o:p></o:p></font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="1">As the profiling exercise may extend over 2 days,applicants are advised to make their own arrangements for stay in <st1:city w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Delhi</st1:place></st1:city> during this period.<o:p></o:p></font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="1">7. Pre-qualified students, as per para (5) above,after being examined in the GD/ Interview are either put in the directselection list or advised to go through more detailed study of theirpersonality through Personality Assessment and Profiling exercise elaborated inPara (6). <o:p></o:p></font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="1">It should be noted that those in the directadmission list will also go through this exercise at a later date. Applicantsbefore being admitted to this Assessment Centre Exercise are required to pay anExpert Fee of Rs.1000/- either in Cash or by Demand Draft (drawn in favour ofEMPI PGI payable at <st1:city w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">New Delhi</st1:place></st1:city>).<o:p></o:p></font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="1">8. Those given offer of admission are required tofurnish comprehensive information for Dress requirements befitting the EMPIExecutive Dress Code (EDC) in the prescribed form issued along with the offerof admission. Similarly information for Executive Fitness Programme (EFP) isrequired to be completed in another form.<o:p></o:p></font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="1">9. One passport sized coloured photograph shouldbe affixed in spaces indicated in the Application form (one on the Admission /Identification card and the other on the form. )<o:p></o:p></font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="1">10. Applicants must write in block letters theircomplete postal address on the enclosed self adhesive stickers to enable quickdespatch of the ADMIT CARD and subsequent correspondence.<o:p></o:p></font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="1">11. The application must be accompanied byattested copies (by gazetted officer) of marksheets (10th class onwards) andother certificates. Applicants should also bring their original certificate atthe time of interview. Incomplete applications in any respect will not beprocessed.<o:p></o:p></font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="1">12. EMPI will not be responsible for any postaldelays and loss in transit.
