Bank has operational are covering Six Districts i.e. Gurgaon, Faridabad, Mewat, Rewari, Mahendergarh & Sonepat having net work of 134 Branches with a total Business of Rs. 2264 Crore as on 31.12.2006. Customer service is the main weapon behind our success. Despite various constraints, our Bank is competing other Commercial Banks and maintaining its leading role in the operational area. Ours is amongst the few RRBs that has got huge potential for expanding credit, mobilise large resources and earn good name in the market. Bank is nurturing its rural clientele and has attained a leading position in extending micro credit through linkage of SHGs and also by providing Bank finance to Women beneficiaries. Bank has popularised the KCC Scheme in the Command Area. Bank is having Tie-up arrangement with 158 Companies/ Corporates providing personal loans, House Building Loans, Vehicle Loans & Educational Loans. Credit to Agriculture recorded a robust growth, reflecting the impact of various policy initiatives to improve the flow of credit in this sector. Credit to the Housing Sector continued to be strong, benefiting from low rate interest and tax incentives. Apart from housing, equally strong credit demand emanated for education and other personal loans as well as from credit card holders. Credit to Commercial Estate increased sharply. Another feat to Bank's credit is Bancassurance Alliance with the Insurance Major Bajaj Allianz. In addition to augmenting the credit off take to the agriculture sector, bank has boosted the lending under Non-Agriculture Sector as well. Various new lending schemes for non-agriculture have also been currently launched.
