However, to qualify for admission, the candidate.</font></p> <p align="justify"><font size="1">(a)must have passed the Higher Secondary School Examination (10+2) or anexamination equivalent thereof, securing in aggregate not less than 50%in all the core subjects and English put together.</font></p> <p align="justify"><font size="1">(b)must not have completed 20 years of age as on 1 st July 2008. In thecase of candidates belonging to SC/ST category, the age limit will be22 years as on 1 st July 2008.</font></p> <p align="justify"><font size="1">Allthose who have appeared in the qualifying examinations are entitled towrite the Admission Test. The syllabus is based on the UGC�s Model syllabus onLaw 2001. The course is of two year duration with four semesters.</font></p> <p> <font size="1"><strong>Elgibility for LL.M Program</strong></font> </p> <p align="justify"><font size="1">Acandidate should have secured a LL.B. degree or its equivalent from arecognized University, having obtained not less than 50% marks in theaggregate. Candidates in the final year of their LL.B. course can alsoapply but their admission would be confirmed only after they submitLL.B. results with the required 50% marks in the aggregate.</font></p> <p> <font size="1"><strong>Intake and Reservation:</strong></font> </p> <p align="justify"><font size="1">The intake for this year is confined to fifteen candidates subject to the reservations applicable to LL.B. candidates.</font></p><font size="1"><br><br></font>
