Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU) has been established by the
Government of Chhattisgarh under the Hidayatullah National Law
University of Chhattisgarh Act, 2003. The University became functional
immediately thereafter. From its modest beginning, the HNLU has been
making rapid strides to become Unus Unorum and a Centre of Excellence
in Legal Education
B.A.LL.B. (Hons) Program
HNLU NET 2008 Eligibility for B.A.LL.B:
a)
not have completed 20 years of age as on 1 st July 2008, provided in
the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST, the maximum age limit shall
be 22 years as on 1 st July, 2008.
b) must
have passed the Higher Secondary School Examination (10+2) or an
equivalent examination thereto securing in the aggregate not less than
50% of the total marks in the core subjects and English language put
together.

LL.M Program
LL.M
Course at Hidayatullah National Law University is a two-year programme
consisting of four Semesters. All the candidates have to undergo the
prescribed compulsory courses. The University may periodically revise
the courses of study. The LL.M. course is designed to inculcate
research & teaching skills and analytical ability in a student. The
course shall be focused on self-learning and teaching along with
innovative teaching methodology.
HNLU NET 2008 Eligibility for LL.M:
A
candidate for admission to LL.M. Course should have passed LL.B./B.A.
LL.B. (Hons.) Degree or its equivalent from a recognized University and
should have secured at least 50% of marks in aggregate of the maximum
marks prescribed.
Intake: 30 per Year.
