Application Form TheProspectus
and Admission Form can be obtained from the college officeon payment of
Rs 600/- in cash at the counter, and Rs 700/- if orderedby post. This
amount can be paid in cash or by DD (demand draft) drawnin favour of
"Principal, ILS Law College".
The
request for prospectus along with the demand draft must be sent
to:

The request must contain the name, telephone
numberand full postal address (with PIN CODE) of the requesting party
andalso mention the name of the course for which admission is
sought.
Note: The
college admits new students ONLY to the FIRST year of the degree or
diploma courses.
ILS 2008 Application
Procedure:
The procedure for applying
for admission is as follows:
1.
Candidates must obtain the prospectus and admission formbefore the last
date as published in the admissions timetable.
2.Candidates must submit duly filled admission form
along with allrequired documents before the last date as published in
the admissionstimetable.
3. The
college publishes the first merit list. This list is put up on the Web
site as well as on the college notice boards.
4. Interviews are held on the basis of the first
merit list and admissions granted to candidates who meet all
requirements.
5. Selected candidates
must pay the admission fees in cash on the same day after the interview
and confirm the admission.
6. A
second merit list is published subsequent to the completion of the
first round, followed by interviews and admissions.
7. If required, a third round may also be
conducted.
Aftereach merit list is
published, candidates can submit objections(regarding category of
admission and position in the merit list) inwriting (fax 020-5658865;
e-mail ilslaw@vsnl.com) before the prescribeddate. Admission is not
guaranteed merely because any student's nameappears in the merit lists.
All particulars in the form and alldocuments in original are liable for
scrutiny at the interviews, beforea student can be admitted to the
course. All merit lists are subject tocorrection/amendment on account
of valid objections received.
Note:Any attempt by any
candidate or anyone else on his behalf to influencethe admission
process directly or indirectly, would be treated as adisqualification
for admission.
