The program covers subjects such as Supply Chain Management, SixSigma, Operations Management, Project Management, Logistics, BPR, ERP andSoftware Engineering.</font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="1"><strong>Eligibility & Selection:<o:p></o:p></strong></font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="1">GATE qualified 1st Class Engineering / Technologygraduates in any branch. GATE qualifiers get Teaching Assistantship. Admissionis based on Group Discussion and Interview with appropriate weightage given toGATE score.<o:p></o:p></font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="1">Selection of Industry Sponsored candidates withFirst Class Degree in Engineering/Technology (with a minimum of 2 yearsindustry experience) is through personal interview only. Fellow (Doctoral) Program (FP)</strong><o:p></o:p></font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="1"><strong>Areas:</strong> Organizational Behaviour,Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Operations Management, Economics,Operations Research, IT, Ergonomics, Safety and Environmental Management.<o:p></o:p></font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="1">The program aims to admit, in the above areas ofspecialization, the individuals with sound academic background, strongmotivation and potential to become excellent researchers at national andinternational level.<o:p></o:p></font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="1">Applicants are evaluated on their past academicachivements, motivation and preparation for the program, seminar presentationon the area of his/her research interest and personal interview.<o:p></o:p></font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="1"><strong>Eligibility & Selection:</strong>Master's Degree or equivalent in Engineering/Technology, Management, Economics,Social Sciences, Biological Science and Pure Science with First Class will beconsidered for admission to Fellow (Doctoral) Program.<o:p></o:p></font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="1">Those appearing for their final examination inthe respective disciplines can also apply.<o:p></o:p></font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="1">Selection is based on the presentation on thetentative research proposal followed by Personal Interview.<o:p></o:p></font></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><font size="1">Industry Sponsored candidates with aboveeligibility and a minimum of two years experience at executive level can alsoapply under external category.
