<p align="justify">Admission shall be made on the basis of the scores of Common Law Admission Test ( <strong>CLAT - 2008</strong>) to be held on <strong>Sunday 11th of May, 2008.</strong></p> <p align="justify"> <strong>Note:</strong> This University is not selling any separate application form for admission in this University.</p><p align="justify"><strong>RMLNLU 2008 Eligibility:</strong></p><p align="justify">The admission shall be based exclusively on the performance in the Common Law Admission Test (<strong>CLAT</strong>). However, to qual fy for admission the cand date must passed intermediate (10+2 system) or equivalent examination from a University/recognized board with not less than 50% (for SC/ST of U.P. 45%) marks and is not more than 20 years (22 years incase of SC/ST of U.P.) of age as on 01.07.2008. Students taking qualifying examination in March/April 2008 are also eligible to apply.</p> <p><strong>Intake and Reservations:</strong></p> <p align="justify">The intake capacity of B.A LL.B. (Hons.) degree program shall be 160 with following breakup:</p> <p>(a) General Category : 80 <br>(b) OBC of U.P : 43 <br>(c) Scheduled Caste of U.P: 34 <br>(d) Scheduled Tr be of U.P: 03</p> <p> <strong>Horizontal Reservation:</strong> to the physically challenged persons shall also be admissible as per U.P. State Govt. rules.</p> <p align="justify"> <strong>LL.M Program</strong> </p>The University offers two years LL.M. programme. The annual intake is 20 students.<br><div class="pg_cont"> <strong>RMLNLU 2008 Application Form</strong> <p align="justify"> Admission shall be made on the basis of the scores of Common Law Admission Test (<strong>CLAT</strong>) 2008 to be held on <strong>Sunday 11th of May, 2008</strong>, as stated above for B.A LL.B (Hons).</p> <p align="justify">A candidate should have secured a LL.B degree or its equivalent from a recognized University, having obtained not less than 50% (45% in case of SC/ST of U.P.) marks in the aggregate. State Bank of India, Hazaratganj, Lucknow and Corporation Bank, Kaiserbagh, Lucknow are the only two designated branches in the U.P.
