Degree Course 2008-2009</strong></p> <p align="justify">The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University shall be the Nodal Agency of the Government for selection of candidates for admission to 5 Year B.L. Government Law College, Tirunelveli 627 011<br> 6. Government Law College, Chengalpattu-603 001</p><p><strong>TNDALU 2008 Eligibility for admission to 5 year</strong></p> <p> <strong>B.L. Degree Course:</strong></p> <p align="justify">(i) A Complete pass in the Higher Secondary (+2) or Equivalent Examination with not less than 45% of marks in aggregate. However, for the purpose of selection and admission marks obtained in the subjects excluding languages shall alone be taken into consideration.</p> <p align="justify">(ii) In the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST communities, 40% of marks in aggregate.</p> <p align="justify">(iii) Employed candidates are not eligible to apply.</p> <p align="justify">(iv) Age limit for admission: A candidate should not have completed 21 years of age as on 1st June 2008, that is the candidate must have born on or after 01.06.1987. There is no age limit for candidates belonging to SC/ST communities.</p> <p align="justify">(v) Candidates who have not passed the qualifying examination are not eligible to apply for admission to 5 year B.L. degree course.</p><div class="pg_cont"> <strong>TTNDALU 2008 Application Form</strong> <p align="justify">Candidates desirous of applying for admission to the following Government Law Colleges can obtain an Application form for admission from</p> <p>"THE REGISTRAR",<br> The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University,<br> "Poompozhil", 5, P.S. Kumarasamy Raja Salai,<br> Chennai - 600 028</p> <strong>(OR)</strong> THE PRINCIPALS" of the respective Government Law Colleges. <p align="justify">Applications for admission to the following government Law Colleges will be issued from <strong>28.05.2008</strong></p><ul><li>Dr.Ambedkar Government Law College, Chennai 600 104</li><li>Government Law College, Madurai 625 020</li><li>Government Law College, Tiruchirapalli 620 023</li><li>Government Law College, Coimbatore 641 046</li><li>Government Law College, Tirunelveli 627 011</li><li>Government Law College, Chengalpet-603 001</li></ul> <p align="justify">(i) Candidates can get the application form for Admission by submitting a requisition along with a demand draft for a sum of Rs.400/- (Rupees Four Hundred only) drawn on or after 28.05.2008 on any of the Nationalised Banks, in favour of "The Registrar", The Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedkar Law University, payable at Chennai. This fee is inclusive of Rs.25/- towards cost of Application Form and Rs.375/- towards Registration and Processing Charges.</p> <p align="justify">(ii) Candidates who intend to receive the application form by post shall send the requisition and a demand draft for a sum of Rs.450/- (Rupees Four Hundred and Fifty only) drawn on or after 28.05.2008, on any of the Nationalised Banks, in favour of "The Registrar", The Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedkar Law University, payable at Chennai.</p> <p align="justify">(iii) For candidates belonging to SC/ST Communities, the application fee is NIL. Candidates belonging to SC/ST Communities are required to pay only the Registration and Processing Fee of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only). Candidate who intends to receive the application in person shall produce a xerox copy of recent Community Certificate and has to pay a sum Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) as Registration and Processing Fee. Candidates who intend to receive the application form by post shall send the requisition letter and a demand draft for a sum of Rs.250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) and shall send a Xerox copy of recent Community Certificate. The Demand Draft must be drawn on or after 28.05.2008, on any of the Nationalised Banks, in favour of "The Registrar", The Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedkar Law University, payable at Chennai. </p> <p><strong>Submission of filled Application form:</strong></p> <p align="justify">(i) Duly filled in applications for admission along with the enclosures, addressed only to "THE CHAIRMAN - ADMISSIONS COMMITTEE", The Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedkar Law University, "Poompozhil", 5, P.S.Kumarasamy Raja Salai, Chennai600 028 should be submitted by the candidates either in person or by post to "THE CHAIRMAN - ADMISSIONS COMMITTEE", The Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedkar Law University, "Poompozhil", 5, P.S.
