Ability to work in a small team environment where Siebel Repository is shared between multiple developers
In depth knowledge of Siebel Data Model, Siebel Tools, Siebel Workflow, Assignment Manager, Siebel EIM and Siebel EAI
Hands-on experience configuring the Siebel Database, Business Components and Siebel UI components
Solid understanding of software design/development principles, the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC), software debugging techniques, and test driven development
Extensive experience of configuring, customization and maintenance of application
Experience with n-tiered applications and solid Siebel architecture knowledge
Experience with Siebel EAI technology (web services, integration objects, workflows) is desirable
