Profile :
Providing technical assistance to US customers for an inbound process and
resolve their technical issues related to Ipod.
Eligibilty criteria & Skill Set :
# Graduates with or with out exp.
# 10+2 Freshers or Experienced
# Diploma Freshers or Experienced.
# BE Fresher (below 60%)
# Excellent comm. skills with basic technical knowledge
