Responsibilities:
The Bid Manager will be an HO role focusing on strategic large opportunities
for India and Middle East. The large opportunities will consist of
multimillion and multipractice deals.
System Integration Services - Involving Design, Architecting, Implementation
on multiple areas of IT infrastructure inclusive of Networking, Platform
integration, Data center Build and Integration, EMS Integration, Telecom
Integration for India and Middle East.
Will drive the opportunity from initiation to customer decision phase
(win/loss) .
The position will be responsible for making the proposal to customer by
working in a cross-functional team of technical specialists, and Sales team.
The whole cycle from initiation to decision may include understanding
customer requirements, clarifications, technical solution design, pricing,
presentation and finally decision.
Will need to interact with cross functional/ cross divisional teams to
submit a consolidated Bid to the customer.
Will be a part of the Strategic team and will drive bids through the
regional field sales teams on the ground.
Skills Required
� About 8-10 years of experience in the IT Industry
� Good Technical understanding on SI Services is a must.
� Familiar with a broad range of solutions covering hardware, systems
software, networking, security, services, data center,
� Experience on working on proposals (which would could multiple products &
services)
� Experience of working on large, complex deals
� Good understanding of pricing and commercial aspects
� Project Management experience desirable
� Broad-level understanding of IT solutions, support & services and Industry
trends
� Strong team player and able to work in cross-functional teams (from other
divisions/ departments) to refine the Bid for Winning preposition.
� Good Presentation and communication skills
� Passion and Positive Attitude for winning deals
