1)Hands-on experience in Testing web applications (Min 2yrs - Mandatory)
2)Good knowledge on Testing techniques like Regression testing, Functional testing, Performance Testing and Bug documentation
3)Preparing Test cases and executing the same
4)Familiar with testing process and methodology
5)Good knowledge in SQL (desired)
6)Sound knowledge on Payroll domain (desired)
7)Exposure to Testing tools like Bugzilla and Load Runner
8)Good work experience in SDLC.
Good communication skills both written and verbal desired
