CONSULTING PROGRAM MANAGER

A CSO Program Manager is a highly motivated, self-directed and experienced individual that functions
- As a team lead in coordinating and executing consulting efforts completed in our Bangalore location and then delivered to customer engagements in the US, and
- As a senior consultant member of the Bangalore team. In addition to being technically experienced, this individual is astute at communication and collaboration between US-based and Bangalore-based consulting teams

10 years of relevant experience.
5 years experience in a consulting role delivering solution implementations through entire lifecycle.
5+ years of experience in Unix and NT administration. 5+ years of experience in Web server configuration and architecture.
5+ years of experience in browsers, desktop web development tools.
Languages: Java (required), Perl, C#.
Scripting: Javascript, CGI, JSP, ASP, , D, CSS, Windows scripting (VBScript/ActiveX, XML, XSLT).
Application Development: BEA, WebSphere, ASP.net, SOAP/Web Services, J2EE.
Web Application Servers: Weblogic, WebSphere, ATG Dynamo,Broadvision, NAS, SiteServer.
Rules Engines: iLog, Corticon, etc.
Analytics Tools: HBX, Visual Sciences, Omniture, Unica.
Databases: Sybase, Oracle, SQL Server.
Active Directory and LDAP.
Search engine familiarity.
Experience and knowledge of Microsoft development tools (Visual Studio/.NET).
