Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Exchange and Active Directory. Managing global messaging infrastructure of Syntel.
Impact assessment, facilitating escalations, and communicating status
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Providing process leadership and training as necessary
Tracking and managing incident items leading to permanent root cause fixes
Be responsible for the management and escalated support for all Exchange issues
Coordinating enhancements to processes while maintaining operational stability
Helping to improve IT's overall change management coordination
1st, 2nd & 3rd level technical support on Microsoft Exchange 2003 / Active Directory
Candidate will have extensive experience supporting Microsoft exchange users
Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical personnel
Preferabally knowledge on process (change and problem management)
