The job involves problem resolution utilizing remote diagnostic capabilities to support customer installation & configurations, proactive management of customers systems and infrastructure.
You will be interacting with customers, product development & management teams to provide end-to-end solutions.
Candidate Profile
Requirements:
1. At least 60% marks consistently in all years. Only 2007 pass outs are Eligible.
2. No backlog papers in any of the years
3. B.E./B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in Computer Science/I.T./ Electronics/Telecommunications/Electrical.
