Job Description:
Manage and address customer queries by inbound/outbound calls and collect
information from respective customer/insurance companies and Agents
Accurately log all calls in the system ensuring all cases are updated on the
system in time.
To achieve or exceed set targets and work as part of a team.
Client service level agreements(SLA’s)
Provide customer with complete and accurate information in a timely and
professional manner. As outlined in the customer quality assurance Guidelines.
Update customer information as necessary and provide documentation to support
action taken for customer inquiry resolution
� Provide assistance and support for other staff within team.
Desired Candidate Profile:
A graduate from a recognized
university in any stream or 12+3 years total education (Preferably
from the commerce background).
OR
12 years of education with at least 1 year of documented work experience post
last qualification. Preferably, 12 months experience in a customer service role
or a call centre.
OR
10 years of school education + 3 years diploma or partial completion of college
graduation / BMS with around 1 year of documented work experience post last
qualification
And
Typing speed up to 30 wpm with 95% accuracy
