Manage portfolio of services for the Technology domain
Lead account teams and business development managers on pursuing business opportunities
Lead proactive account strategy and planning
Lead proactive marketing of service offerings
Identify opportunities risks and develop mitigation strategies
Play senior advisory role to clients and lead delivery teams
Identify client�s competitive landscape and business potential in the market
Oversee large-scale initiatives & strategic projects
Develop and maintain strong client relations with senior and C-level executives, develop new insights into business process management issues, and deliver actionable, high-impact results.
Motivate and lead team to deliver revenue targets and business results
Plan and ensure project execution is well within aggressive timelines
Contribute thought capital through creation of executive presentations and position papers
