Job Description:
Candidate should have minimum 6 months of experience in BPO – Telecom industry.
Should have knowledge of prepaid & postpaid documentation/Activations
Knowledge of Quality parameter and Quality reports.
Good written/oral communication.
Candidates with exposure to telecom softwares like Arbor, CRM, Pacs, Minsat, Icare, and Prism will be preferred.
Computer literacy is a must.
Willing to work in shifts.
