• Business Analyst for implementation of new and migration of old projects.
• The candidate will collaborate with System Engineers, System Analyst and PTG to ensure that proper support procedures, configuration procedures, security controls and policies are taken to account for the purpose of integration.
• The candidate should have coordinate efforts with in teams both local and global.
• Accomplishing these tasks means being involved in all stages of the project; Analysis, Design, Build, Implement.
• The candidate must develop uses cases with the Business Analysts from other teams.
• The candidate must also review test cases for the same.
• Candidate should be able to use the iterative approach for SDLC methodology.
• Candidate must provide presentation and conduct recurring one-one discussions with all teams to ensure all requirements being taken into consideration.
• Candidate should be able to communicate strongly and motivate the team with the right aptitude to work.

• Must have experience with business analyst activities ? use case study management, development and activity diagrams, proposal documentation and analysis.
• Must have experience conducting presentations for demos, project analysis and user interface design using Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Must be able to assist in development of procedures, policies and methodologies.
• Must have experience with problem identification, problem solving and insight analysis.
• Must have experience in exporting data into and out of enterprise document management tools.
• The ideal candidate will be a Developer turned into a Business Analyst ? Worked as a Developer -> participated in the implementation of at least three high enterprise ? intense project management system using Java technologies and RDBMS like Oracle.
• Education Required: Bachelor's Degree - Computer Science or Management Information Systems.
• Working with business and end users to gather, define and refine requirements
• Develop use cases and use case diagrams from the requirements.
• Develop and review test cases for the use cases.
• Maintain the Requirement traceability matrix.
• Provide technical assistance in terms of forecasting requirement behavior for the future stages of the project.
• Thorough understanding of all phases of software development and meticulous about coding practices, unit testing and clean documentation.
• Should be conversant with Active Server Pages (ASP), Java Server pages (JSP) and Web designing.
• Should have knowledge in MS Visual Studio, MS SQL and Oracle 10g.
• Should also be conversant with Web servers such as IIS, Web sphere and Tomcat and similar technologies.
• Knowledge of UNIX, Linux apart from MS Windows NT. Passion for knowledge sharing.
• Good interpersonal skills (ability to deal with all levels from Junior to CEO)
• Must have excellent communication skills ? should have experience in explaining technology and adding value.
• Must have ability to preside and conduct meeting independently with the business analysts, business users and SMEs.

Should be able to coordinate the activities of the project.
