NEEDS WEB DESIGNER/DEVELOPER

The Web Designer/Developer will be responsible for designing unique, professional web pages with a developed sense of color and layout while considering the capabilities and limitations of , CSS and Flash as assigned by the design and development manager. The position requires the ability to translate branding, product, and service concepts into visual statements to be displayed online in an ASP.NET environment. While ASP.NET programming is not required, a technical aptitude and an understanding of this technology are essential. This position will also be responsible for maintaining product imagery on all of our primary web sites.

Conceptualize, design and produce page layouts and promotional elements for websites (utilizing both and Flash components).

Organize, batch and maintain product imagery.

Support sales department by providing fresh imagery on websites which compliments ongoing sales campaigns.

Ensure high quality consistent look and feel and uphold the highest design standards.

Provide time lines, estimates, and status for design project milestones.

Participate in collaborative visual design and project planning sessions.

Work both independently and collaboratively with team members and demonstrate leadership, innovation, and accountability for assigned responsibilities.

Ability to take creative direction and/or constructive criticism and steer an idea to a successful delivery.
