The Engineer
is responsible for supporting customers (fully managed and technical
support) in all Engineer is well versed in a variety of
firewall-VPN technologies, Routing Technologies and is available
during regular business hours and on-call at all other times.
Engineer will implement and network
infrastructure and security for improvements in routing
technologies.

To perform this job successfully,
the candidate must be able to perform each of the listed essential
duties satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are required.
Bachelor of Degree with 3
years of Experience and CCNA Certified ( CCNP added advantage)
Knowledge
of LAN,MAN,WAN / VPN MPLS Thorough knowledge on routing &
switching /
Good knowledge of routing protocols/ Experience in
configuration of Cisco routers & switches / Working knowledge on
firewalls (PIX / Check Point /Sonicwall/ )
Ability
to work with internal and external customers globally
Experience
with VPN design and troubleshooting
Experience
with supporting provisioning/activation of VPN tunnels
Assist
in qualifying new business development opportunities and undertaking
needs assessment.
Make
presentations and assist in generating proposals.
Hands-on,
autonomous, self-motivated and must enjoy working within a changing
and dynamic organization
Excellent
oral and written communication skills
