5 to 8 Years of experience in software development with at least 4 + Years in J2EE projects.
- Experience in managing / leading small development teams as a Technical Lead
- Proficiency in SDLC concepts and conversant in planning & tracking activities
- Experience of Rational Toolset
- Experience of Configuration Management & Defect Tracking Tools
- Exposure to distributed systems, app security, performance tuning, database tuning
- Conversant with Websphere App server
