Continuously checking and working upon changes to any Organization Structure
Mass upload of data
Creation of templates that enable efficient Employee Reorganizing
Standardization and continuous update of the data entry forms.
Resource testing of the work assigned to ABAP team.
Disaster recovery testing
Documentation.
Updating of Ticket systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
One end to end SAP-HR life cycle implementation in the areas of PA, OM, PD, TEM.
People who have worked in the areas of Payroll, ESS, MSS, Compensation, Benefits will be preferred.
HR process knowledge.
SAP-HR configuration knowledge
Good communication skills.
