Job Description
To identify and develop new business segments and geographical areas to generate business opportunities
To acquire and build relations with High Net worth, Retail and corporate customers for the company
To develop and maintain a long-term relationship with the customer to
maintain a high level of retention of the existing customer and
generate business
To achieve targets for Sales, Revenue and Profitability within a given time-frame (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
Provide the customer with various investment avenues and advising them on asset allocation
To analyze the customers risk appetite, time horizon and provide him advisory services in line with customers
Understanding the sensitivity involved in various business classes and
providing them services within a prescribed turn around time (TAT).
Conceptualize & implement sales promotional plan through various marketing channels
Selling the insurance product to the existing customers,
and advising them regarding the ever changing trends in the
financial markets
One point of contact for the customer for all their financial needs.
Continuous updation of the MIS Report (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
Resolution of clients queries at the initial level and escalate the major queries to the Unit Manager
Should have the required domain knowledge about the Insurance Industry
Should have the knowledge about the required segment / focus group which they would pitch for client generation
