Job Description:
Job Purpose: Meet customers at the store to advise and enroll them into
the membership program as well as provide basic information on other
MFT products and services. Be the focal point for receiving and
servicing specific customer requests either on their own or by
forwarding the same for resolution to other units as applicable. Update
basic operational records and MIS as applicable. Job Description:
Enroll members, generate leads for MFT products as applicable and
conversion of members to plastic cards Responsible for enrollment of
walk-in customers at store and providing basic information on MFT
products and services. Supporting Store promotions and issuance of
redemption vouchers and other gifts and promotional items as
applicable. Ensuring all stated operational procedures are accurately
completed for all activities . Responsible for upkeep of marketing
& sales collaterals and other inventory relating to MFT products
Update of select operations records as per procedures and Issuance of
MIS reports Collaborate and work with other associates and units within
the store to ensure consistency in delivery Receive customer requests
relating to MFT and non MFT products/services and forwarding the same
for resolution as applicable to the relevant units. Track the same for
completion
