Job Description
Job involves following activities:
*Management Representative Role / SEPG Role
*SQA Role for various divisions and support departments
*Prepare Project SQA Plans
*Assist in Project QA Records preparation and training to PLs/TMs
*Conduct SQA Audits
*Ensure ISO Audit preparedness and Re-certification Audits
*Conducting regular in-process internal audits in various Departments
to ensure that processes as defined are followed at all times
*Increase in Quality Awareness within the organization and building a Quality culture
*Preparing the organization for achieving CMMI Level 3
*Infrastructure Management co-ordination: Hardware & software
resources planning, acquisition & management practices also
covering Backups and Disaster Recovery Plans, Contingency Management
from a QA perspective
*Internal Tools Repository creation and implementation covering
*Defect tracking, Time sheets, Reusable components
*Technical Tools Repository including automated test tools
Desired Candidate Profile
Candiadate should have following skills:
* At least 3-7 yrs of experience in Software Quality.
*Exposure to cmmi implementation process.
*Exposure on information security (iso 27001) will be an added advantage.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Position will be based in Delhi.
