� Perform thorough problem analysis resulting in resolution of product related problems
� Participate in all aspects of Product Development Lifecycle from requirements to product release
� Deliver functional / design specifications and unit test plans
� Produce quality product to meet specific marketing and customer requirements
� Provide complete documentation
� Provide up-to-date status information on all case work
� Manage multiple simultaneous tasks / cases
� Support the system and integration testing efforts of new and enhanced products
� Work with the documentation group to ensure dissemination of high impact changes

� B.E. / B.Tech (Computers) or M.Sc./ MCA / MCS / PGDCA
� Relevant experience of 2 � 3 years in development and design
� Skills Required:
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux platform
- Knowledge of programming concepts including object oriented technologies
- Experience in programming in C, C++
- Experience in developing GUI applications on Windows using MFC
� Skills Desired:
- Knowledge of WxWidgets
� Communicate effectively with clients, peers and superiors
