Solution Center Services:

We focus on ownership, administration and management of business processes based on measurable performance metrics, effectively leveraging our in-depth business domain understanding and strong computing infrastructure. Our services cover diverse domains such as payroll processing, benefits administration, tax & financial services and pre-employment services.

ADP India has also received the ISO 27001 certification.

The service delivery can be broadly classified as:
- Non-voice Processes : Transaction Processing, Analytics, Data Conversion, Implementation Support etc.
- Voice Processes: Participant customer calls and client technical support, Tier 1 & 2 services

The responsibilities include:



? Support Engineers - To help troubleshoot and resolve access, http routing and Web Services related issues in the hosted environments. Also to handle systems builds (3rd party software) for Apache, Siteminder, LDAP and PKI.

Desired Profile:

Work Experience:

? 3 - 6 years of experience in Integration

? Hands-on experience on Internet / Web Technology (Apache) experience

? Hands-on experience on Solaris and/or Linux experience

? Hands-on experience on Siteminder experience

? Knowledge of Internet protocols, topologies and technologies required.

? Knowledge of Internet Identity, Federation and Security concepts is desirable.

? Knowledge of network design and configuration is desirable

? The Candidate is required to adhere and enforce the security policies of the organization

? Position is based in Hyderabad
