Experience: The focus of the Systems Analyst role is to deliver one or more
work-products or deliverables of the systems / solutions development and
implementation life cycle. You will participate in delivery projects playing
any role required (competency fitting), as assigned by the project manager,
according to the needs of the project and the methodological approach;
participate in pre-sales and sales projects; share know-how within the
company (informally or formally through formative and informative
initiatives).
Your main actions will be: plan and execute own preparation to carry out
role(s) as assigned and to understand what is expected - what results / work
products need to be produced with what level of quality; Plan own activities
to deliver part of the project for which is responsible. Establishe
priorities according to own plan and overall project plan, resolving
potential conflicts, if required, with project manager or team
leader.Execute work plan and controls its execution, reporting progress on
the activities and status of results / work products as required.Interact
with customers, partners, project manager, team leader and other team
members to gather, analyse, discuss or provide information as required to
effectively deliver expected results / work products (e.g. gather and
analyse business requirements to create functional analysis documents and to
design functional and technical application modules or components).Deliver
functional or technical training within projects. Identifie knowledge gaps,
proposes and participates in initiatives to share knowledge with colleagues.
