This position will maintain a high level of technical specialization and
consulting role within the development team. You can count on the team and
the team needs to count on you. As DEV Manager, you will be responsible for
career development, mentoring/coaching the team, ensuring your team
understanding of technical specifications and reviewing designs, adherence
of SDLC methodology, ensuring quality and driving predictable program
delivery. This will involve understanding
SAP versions and
upgrades and performance implications within the .NET environment and SQL
Server database management system and understand emerging
SAP technologies
such as Web Dynpro for
ABAP, ABAP
Objects, SmartForms, etc.
Unique Job Responsibilities:
Candidates should have expertise in several of the following areas.
� Proven People Management and ability to work with global teams
� Strong
ABAP
technical skills in various facets like Reports, BDC, Smartforms, Dynpros,
OOPs ABAP, ALV,
HR related ABAP,
EDI/IDOC, upgrade related and Enhancement Packages related project work
� Primary functional experience in
SAP R/3 FI, SCM,
SD, GTS, HR HCM
� SAP modules:
HR, SD, MM and FI modules
� Experience in RFC, EDI, Idoc,
SAPscript, Smart
Forms, APO and BW also preferred
� Others: Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Windows
� SAP 4.7, 6.0
are preferred
