Roles and Responsibilities
-Taking requirements from Recruiters / Team Leader,
Understanding the requirement -Understanding of the
organization and market and communicate to the
prospective candidate -Maintain a good source m ix as
per guidelines Head hunting, Sourcing through portals,
Portal Sourcing: Make max usage of the available
portals, communicate to the team leader and CST Manager
on the portal effectiveness -Head Hunting: Get a list of
companies from where candidates to be head hunted for a
given skill from recruiter / CST Manager / DRM and
service the request -work on the references and multiply
the referred candidates Followup for the feedback
-Evaluating the CV based on the skill requirement first
level evaluation -Grade each CV as per SLA -Participate
in the reviews -Maintain SLA on number of offers per
week / per month -Market Intelligence Build the C Vs
from the competition / target companies through skill &
project info -Contribute to CV database -Participate in
the technical interviews to increase the hit ratio
-Incremental increase in the qu ality and quantity of CV
-Should be able to work hands on Internal Resourcing
Portal - Catalyst & CST module
Skills Required
-Good communication skills (Verbal, written and
listening skills) -Telephone handling skills -Hands-on
experience on sourcing & head hunting -Should come from
a strong sourcing back ground -Target / Metrics
orientation -Eye for alternate options for getting the
candidates -Good MS office skills
