to attract bright graduate students to pursue a career

The
selection process for probationary officer will consist ofAptitude
test,Group Discussion & Interview.Although the trainingstarts only
from May 2010,the aptitude test & interview processeswill be
conducted between February - March 2010. The selectedProbationary
Officers will also be enrolled for MBA in Banking andFinance.
Those selected will undergo 12-14 months intensive residential classroom training and internship with a stipend.
