Prospectus: Hand book of information (HBI)/prospectus containing relevant information can be obtained from the office of the Director, University Centre for Distance Learning, Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Sirsa-125055, Haryana on cash payment of Rs 200/- (Rs 50/- for SC/BC of Haryana) at counter or from authorized Study Centres and spot admission form collection centre
The application form can be downloaded from the website www.cdlu.in and be sent to the Director (UCDL) along with application fee of Rs 200/- (Rs 50/- for SC/BC of Haryana)

The students who will apply for re-admission in the 2nd semester/4th semester/2nd year of programme will have to download the re-admission form from university website and forward the same to Director, University Centre for Distance Learning, CDLU, Sirsa after filling up the same along with the required admission fee and dates specified as above
No re-admission form will be sent to the concerned student by the UCDL
