Eligibility Conditions
M.Ed (Regular) 1 year course: Eligibility for entrance test is 55% in B.Ed (50% in case of SC/ST/BC candidates)
Qualifying marks for entrance test is 20% (15% in case of SC/ST/BC and blind candidates)
M.Ed (through correspondence) 2 year course: Eligibility for entrance test is 55% in B.Ed (50% in case of SC/ST/BC candidates)
Qualifying marks for entrance test is 20% (15% in case of SC/ST/BC and blind candidates)
M.Ed (through correspondence) course is only for in service teachers, with two years paid work experience, in a school recognized by a Board of School Education established by Law, or in College affiliated to or recognized by a university (part-time experience shall also be counted towards teaching experience if the teaching was done as paid teaching) and are working at the time of admission; in-service at the time of admission
The candidates who are appearing/appeared in the B.Ed examination of any recognized University in June, 2012 are also eligible provisionally to take the M.Ed entrance test being conducted by Panjab University on 15th July, 2012, Sunday at their own risk and responsibility
The admission of this category of candidates to the test shall be purely provisional and shall stand cancelled, if they fail to obtain the said qualification with the requisite percentage of marks positively before the date of counseling or interview for admission to the M.Ed course, to be held tentatively in August, 2012

Download and print bank fee deposit slip during the online registration process
Deposit fees with that bank slip at any branch of State Bank of India
The fee to be deposited is Rs 900/- for SC/ST and Rs 1800/- for others
The entrance test will be held at Chandigarh on 15th July, 2012, Sunday

Last date for submission of information on the website to generate the Bank challan: 09th June, 2012
Last date for deposit of fee in any branch of State Bank of India using website generated challan: 09th June, 2012, 04.00 p.m.
Last date for submission of fee details (Journal number, branch code and date of deposit given by bank) and uploading of photograph, signature with rest of the information on the website: 14th June, 2012
