Job Description
We are a leading webhosting and webdesign solutions provider and we have clients
all over the world. A TSR belongs to the webhosting section of the company and
would provide technical support to our hosting clients. The job would include
trouble-shooting client issues, resolving server problems and monitoring Unix
servers.
The TSR would be expected to provide support on the following 3 modes - Phone,
Chat and E-mail.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate must possess excellent English skills (both written and verbal).
- Should have sound knowledge in Unix and Networking.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Should be comfortable with Voice calls and online chat
