University of Delhi to Offer BTech/BS Programmes

The newly-established Cluster Innovation Centre of the University of Delhi has invited applications for its BTech/BS programme which has been termed as an 'Innovation with Mathematics & IT'. It is a four-year programme and will commence in October 2011. It is designed to combine mathematics and computer science. Students will also be able to choose between genetics and molecular biology, management and economics or electronics as an additional subject. The fee for the course is Rs 5,000/semester.

Eligibility

A school leaving (Class XII or equivalent) certificate with minimum aggregate of 60% in 4 subjects and with mathematics as one of the four subjects.You should be currently enrolled in any full time programme of study at the University of Delhi and be not more than 20 years of age as on 1 October, 2011.

    Written Test with multiple choice questions (two hours duration)
    Interview
    Number of Seats: 40 (reservation as per University norms)
    Last date for submission of form: 19 September 2011
    Date of the Entrance Examination: 25 September 2011
