Noida is a sub-city of Delhi lying south-east to it. Situated in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, Greater Noida falls within the National Capital Region of India and is adjacent to NOIDA, one of the largest industrial townships in Asia.
Under the UP Industrial Area Development Act.(NOIDA stands for New Okhala Industrial Development Area) It has first-class months, the decision was reversed yet again in 2004 and the city was once again made into a separate district.
Noida is situated towards the north of India close to Delhi. it is bound on the west and south-west by the river Yamuna, on the north and north-west by Delhi, on the north-east by Delhi and Ghaziabad and on the north-east, east and south-east by the river Hindon.
