Audisankara College of Engineering and Technology (ASCET), Gudur is a private Engineering College started in 2001 under Aiswarya Vignan Educational Society to provide world class education and foster research and development in engineering & technology. Located at 3 Kms off the Gudur Town on Chennai-Calcutta national highway (NH-5), the congenial and well-developed college campus spreads over a sprawling 30 acres of land. The management has invested more than Rs. 5 Crores for the creation of state of the art infrastructural facilities.
Under the able guidance and patronage of Mrs. Vanki Prasunna, President, and Mr. Vanki Penchalaiah, Correspondent, the college has developed excellent facilities and resources such as spacious classrooms, seminar halls, well-equipped laboratories, workshops, well-stocked libraries, dedicated Internet (128 kbps) connectivity and well-qualified faculty.
Currently the college offers 5 under-graduate (B.Tech.) and 1 post-graduate (MCA) programs under affiliation to the Jawaharalal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) and with the approval of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
The college also has won the distinction of ISO 9001:2000 certification and continues to pursue higher standards in technical education.
The college has 6 academic departments each headed by a competent and experienced faculty. Altogether the college has over 70 well-qualified teaching staff and about 70 supporting technical staff. The combined student intake during current year is 450 and the total number of students on roll is .
