Capital Educational Trust was established in the year 1994. The institutions run by them are known to the masses through its novel methodologies adopted in the education front. Dr. Joseph V.G. the founder Chairman of this trust has been dispensing quality education through Garden City College and had initiated the idea of Capital Educational Trust when he was approached by the nearby villagers for having a facility to alleviate loco motor problems.
