CEST has been founded by Surya Bux Pal Charitable Trust whose founding members have rich experience in the field of education. The honorable chairman of this trust is Mr. Jagdambika Pal. The engineering curriculum & facilities are carefully deigned to cater to high technology needs of business and industry by offering a rich academic program.
