The College is Roman Catholic Chiristan Minority Institution established in 1988. The Warangal Dioccese Educational Society is a Non-Profitable organization promoting Social, Relogious, Educational and Agricultural Welfare activities. The Society owns Schools, Colleges, Churches, Orphanages, Dispensaries, homes for the aged, Boardings And other instutions within its Jurisdictions i.e, Warangal and Karimnagar district of Andhra Pradesh.
