The diamond jubilee youth festival of Panjab University was inaugurated today at SCD Government College. The opening ceremony was held at Sahir Auditorium with the lighting of a ceremonial lamp by principal Malkiat Singh, accompanied by vice-principal Mohinder Singh and Jasbir Kaur Makkar, organising secretary of cultural committee of the college.
