Govt. Polytechnic for Women, Faridabad situated in sector 8, Faridabad at a beautiful location provides an ideal environment for education at its premises. This newly established and coming up institute was setup completely under World Bank Project with an approximate expenditure of Rs. 12.0 Crore. The institution campus is well spread over an area of 11 acres of land and houses the beautiful institution building, hostel and a residential colony. The total building is modern in its design and construction; provides fully air-conditioned computer centers, well- ventilated and illuminated classrooms, laboratories and workshops. This institute started functioning in August 1999 at its present campus, when the 1st batch of students was admitted to 4 disciplines of Engineering through the centralized State admission, through its guest classes had already started in 1995 at Govt. Polytechnic for Women, Sirsa. This institute is running 3 years diploma courses in the following disciplines with an intake of 40 students in each courses
