The college was established in 1984 by Technical and Medical Education Society (TMES) Faizpur under the dynamic Leadership and great educationist Late Dadasaheb J.T. Mahajan. The college is surrounded by vast green belt of agricultural fields at the foothills of Satpuda ranges within Tapi River valley.
