Dr. L. K. Vaswani is currently director of KIIT School of Management & KIIT School of Rural Management. He has total work experinece of nearly 32 years. After a long career of 15 years in Research & Industry he joined institute of Rural Management in 1991 and became NABARD Chair Professor in 1997 and later the Director of the institute. After laving IRMA in November, 2006 he moved to Bhubaneswar to set up KIIT School of Rural Management as a constituent KIIT University. He has a strong teching and research interest in Marketing, Marketing Research, Rural Marketing and Agribusiness. He has published and presented over 50 management development programmes for senior and middle level executives and has been associated with many research and consulting assignments including Planning Commission, Exim Bank, NDDB, NABARD, World Bank, UNIDO, UNDP and number of state goverments.
