The college presently provides undergraduate degree courses in Hindi Language, Hindi Literature, English Language, English Literature, Sociology, Education, Economics, Sanskrit, Political Science, History, Drawing and Painting, Vocal Music, Tabla and Sitar, Psychology, Home Science, Environmental Studies and B.Ed. The college also teaches vocational subjects under Self Finance category for U.G. classes as Advertising, Sales Promotion and Sales Management, Computer Application and Office Management and Secretarial Practices. Besides there is a facility for one Diploma Course - Advance Diploma Course in Computer (one year) and one Certificate Course in Computer 'O' Level (one year). Further college provides programmes under SFC category for Masters Degree in Hindi, English, Economics, Sociology, Education, Home Science and Drawing and Painting. The college is an approved research centre for research level studies for the award of Ph.D. Degree in Hindi, English, Sociology, Education, Drawing and Painting and B.Ed. Further the college has submitted proposals for other vocational courses like Fashion Designing, Journalism and Mass Communication, Tourism and Management, Functional English etc. Cut off percentage for admission at the entry level in the institution is 45 percent for the General category students and 40% for the students of Schedule Caste and Schedule tribes as per UP State University Act, 1973. |
