The college established in the year 1999 is an initiative of professional management of Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers Corporation Limited (GNFC) and is managed by Narmada Education and Scientific Research Society (NEST). A beautiful natural campus in 16 acres of land has been developed over this period of time on the bank of Maa Narmada, Zadeshwar on National Highway No. 8, 6 kms from the historical city of Bharuch.
