The college is run by a registered society named as Rao Lal Singh Shiksha Parishad, Sidhrawali. At present the Parishad is running two Institutions i.e R.L.S. College of Education and R.L.S Public Sr. Sec School affiliated to C.B.S.E New Delhi. The governing body is elected by its 600 members. At present the management is headed by Major (Retd) Ashok Yadav as its president and Rao Vijay Singh as General Secretary. In addition to the office bearer there is provision of one university and government nominee. There is representation of teaching and non-teaching staff in the management by its two and one member respectively.
